Compliance Visits

H3 Consultancy provides a wide range of flexible compliance support options to suit your business and budget. We are central to most locations in the UK and able to support whatever schedule of visits you require. We have clients based all around the UK and provide a varied range of compliance services.

Compliance outsourcing is a cost effective way of freeing up your time to concentrate on your business whilst outsourcing the general headaches of compliance. Our hands on approach allows us to work closely with you and give you as much support as you need. Our aim is to make sure your business runs smoothly but more importantly compliantly through effective risk based monitoring.

Support options available:

Ad-hoc Support

You may not require regular support and instead just want a one off audit. We provide the same service options on a pay as you go scheme, as we do with regular monthly support. A one off compliance visit or audit can be used for any number of reasons including:

One off audits to establish how compliant any aspect of your business is or a full audit covering everything.
Pre-FSA inspection visit to help you prepare
General compliance visit for file checking, T&C and TCF

Regular Support

We can accommodate any number of compliance visits you require, from annual compliance visits through to weekly visits. By having regular compliance monitoring visits we can be sure that your business is running compliantly. With the regular support options you receive support outside of any visits. Should you have any compliance issues, need support completing Gabriel returns, require documentation, etc then our regular support option would provide all this.

Remote Support

Whilst some brokers prefer a personal visit, they are not needed for complete support. Most brokers keep records on computer, or have the ability to scan and email. We offer full support on a completely remote basis, everything can be sent and checked remotely with minimal impact on your business. You receive the same helpdesk support, documentation, help with T&C and TCF as you would by taking support to include visits, the benefit is the cost is lower.
